Q. Does Peterson's provide towing?
A. Yes, we do offer towing

Q. Will having my car serviced at Peterson's affect my car’s warranty?
A. No. Peterson's work is approved by all car and truck manufacturers.

Q. Can Peterson's perform my car's Recommended Manufacturer Services?
A. Yes. Peterson's uses parts and procedures approved by all auto manufacturers that will satisfy your warranty service requirements.

Q. Can I leave my car overnight?
A. Yes. Peterson's storage facility is secured every night.

Q. Can I wait while my car is being serviced?
A. If you choose to wait for your vehicle, the waiting room is equipped with TV, and Free Wifi

Q. Can I get a ride to work when my car is being serviced at Peterson's Auto & Truck?
A. Yes. Should you need a ride to work or home when your car is being service, Peterson's can arrange for a ride within a reasonable distance. Please ask your service adviser when you schedule your service.

Q. What credit cards do you accept?
A. Peterson's accepts all major credit cards, including VISA, Master Card, Discover and American Express. Additional Financing options are available.

Q. Are Peterson's technicians certified?
A. Yes every Peterson Auto and Truck employee that works on your vehicle is ASE Certified.

Q. What if my car needs additional work?
A. When you bring your car to Peterson Auto & Truck for service, you will be given an estimate by your service advisor. If your car requires additional service, your service advisor will call you before work continues.

Q: Do you offer any financing?
A: Yes, we have financing options available with six (6) months, same as cash.
